Joelle Lasry holds an M.A. in Management (Paris I Sorbonne) and is a chartered accountant. She joined Ricol Lasteyrie in 1998. For more than 15 years she has been involved in valuation assignments (companies, brands, financial instruments …) either in a context of transaction or of financial reporting. She also deals with financial advisory assignments and independent expertise (fairness opinions) as part of market offers, acquisitions or restructuration. From 2009 to 2012, Joelle has been an elected member of the Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables where she chaired the Commission dealing with professional standards. She is also a member of the Société Française des Evaluateurs (SFEV).
