He is responsible for business valuation, fairness opinion and litigation.
Gilles de Courcel is a registered expert with the Paris Court of Appeal and the Administrative Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles.
President of the Paris-Versailles Section of the National Association of Court Accountants (CNECJ) and General Secretary of the National Association of Court Experts in Business Administration (CNEJGE), he is also a member of the National Association of Court Experts in Finance and Diagnosis (CNEJFD).
Gilles de Courcel is President of the French Federation of Valuation Experts (FFEE), and represents France on the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
Honorary President of the Institute of Appraisal, Arbitration and Mediation (IEAM) and board member of the French Arbitration Association (AFA), he is member of the Mediation Committee at both institutions.
He also teaches at Paris Dauphine University (on the Finance Master’s programme - “Governance and shareholder structures”) and at Sciences Po Executive Education in partnership with the French Institute of Company Directors (“Managing risks and performance” Certificate for company directors).
Master’s degree in Private Law, graduate of Paris 2 Corporate Law Institute, qualified auditor and accountant, expert for the Paris Court of appeal, and the Paris and Versailles Administrative Courts of appeal.
